  • DPP v Green [2010] NTSC 16 – junior counsel to Alistair Wyvill SC in successful appeal on the statutory interpretation of sections 81 and 82 of the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act (NT).”
  • Burnett & Ors v DPP [2007] NTCA 7 – junior counsel to Colin McDonald QC in criminal property forfeiture litigation.
  • Trustees of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart v The Registrar-General [2008] NTSC 13 – junior counsel to Colin McDonald QC in matter relating to appointment of trustee members of a religious congregation and the admissibility of canon law.
