Career

Hamish was admitted as a lawyer in 2007 and practiced as a solicitor in the litigation teams of large commercial firms in Sydney (with a stint in London).

In 2016, Hamish relocated to Darwin where he was called to the Bar and joined William Forster Chambers.

In 2024, Hamish was appointed Senior Counsel.

Hamish was a director of St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc (2019 – 2022) and the Darwin Visual Arts Association Inc (2017 – 2018) is a member of the Northern Territory Bar Association Council (2021 to present) and is the Honorary Consul for Denmark in the Northern Territory (2022 to present).
