Clarissa was admitted to practice in 2015 and called to the Bar in 2025.

Clarissa’s key areas of expertise include workers’ compensation, historical child abuse claims and public liability for death or personal injury. She has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout her career. Over the last decade, Clarissa has worked across Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs. As well as experience in the Northern Territory, Clarissa has practiced in Queensland and South Australia in various personal injuries matters.

She has been an advocate in the Supreme Court, the Work Health Court, the Local Court and various tribunals. 

Clarissa has a deep understanding of the legal and cultural landscape across Northern Territory and has been an active member of the Darwin community. She is currently the NT Director and President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and a board member of the Darwin Centre Against Sexual Violence. She was also a board member of the Darwin Community Legal Service from July 2020 to October 2023.
