William Forster Chambers has the capacity to host web based video conferencing including WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Zoom using dedicated equipment in our mediation centre. We can conduct mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, court directions hearings and even trials completely electronically.

Our facilities include separate break out rooms and conference spaces, enabling private communications by parties and their advisers during the conduct of mediations and conferences.

If face to face meetings are necessary, our facilities enable meetings to take place within the restrictions imposed because of COVID-19 including separate rooms and spaces where the 4m requirement can be enforced.
