William Forster Chambers and Dispute Resolution

Over this week William Forster Chambers is collaborating with Charles Darwin University to deliver its 2020 Dispute Resolution intensive unit.  Barrister Josh Ingrames (an alumni of the University) is leading the delivery of the unit that aims to present a broad high level picture of alternative dispute resolution processes in Australia, and has teamed with Andy Warton (of Warton Strategic) to present across the five days.  Students will have the benefit of a range of guest lecturers delivering from their particular fields of dispute resolution, including WFC Barristers Alistair Wyvill SC (International Commercial Mediation),  Duncan McConnel (International Commercial Arbitration) and David Baldry (Security of Payments Adjudication).
